Statistical Revaluation and Appraisal Services

Most local governments today own a large amount of data that was collected by one of the several appraisal service companies under contract for a major and costly revaluation project. Software owned and used by the appraisal service company during the project was usually installed and left at these sites for basic data management and on-going individual parcel valuations for new construction, splits, combinations and corrections after the project was completed. Currently, many states are dictating that revaluations be done with less time between cycles or as an on-going process. It is too costly for these jurisdictions to pay for a complete data collection and revaluation project each time a revaluation is mandated. The software a jurisdiction inherited from these large projects isn't designed for in-house use without some expertise assistance from outside sources.

IAS is the resource that can provide this expertise.

IAS can provide the modeling, data analysis and consulting services that you need.
